FutureFest 2025: A Day of Adventure with the Greggs Foundation

This October, the Greggs Foundation brought together its incredible network of supporters for the first-ever FutureFest, a day full of outdoor adventure, teamwork, and a touch of friendly competition, right in the heart of the Lake District.

Dimensions was proud to join the festivities, providing branded merchandise for attendees and running a raffle for two adorable teddy bears, one dressed in a mini Greggs uniform. The winners? Two fellow suppliers who share our passion for supporting the Foundation. We also helped fundraise further by selling branded merch on the day, including tote bags, bucket hats, cups, pin badges, and t-shirts, proving that a little fun can go a long way in supporting a great cause.

The day was packed with land and water-based challenges: raft building, zip wires, archery, obstacle courses, and even egg-launching catapults! Teams earned points throughout the day, with a winning team crowned by the end of the adventures. Among them, our own Commercial Director Ian and Account Manager Kara joined separate teams, diving into the action and teamwork that made the event so special.

The evening continued the festival theme, with Greggs catering, live music, and plenty of time for attendees to celebrate the day’s achievements. It was a fantastic opportunity for Greggs colleagues, suppliers, and funding partners to connect, share experiences, and support a cause that makes a real difference in communities.

FutureFest 2025 replaced the Greggs Foundation’s annual walk for the year (The walk will return in 2026). But the message is clear: whether it’s through adventurous days like this or ongoing initiatives like their Feeding Brighter Futures school programme, the Foundation’s supporters continue to help young people across the UK thrive.

Account Manager Kara said:

"It was such a fantastic day at FutureFest! Being part of the activities and seeing everyone come together for a great cause really highlighted the impact of the Greggs Foundation. I loved helping to fundraise and can’t wait to continue supporting this incredible partnership."

Commercial Director, Ian said:

"Dimensions has proudly supported the Greggs Foundation since 2014, and it’s always a pleasure to be part of initiatives that make a real difference. FutureFest was not only great fun, but also a fantastic opportunity to fundraise for such a worthy cause. We look forward to continuing our support and strengthening this wonderful partnership for years to come."

Dimensions is proud to support the Greggs Foundation, and events like this remind us that teamwork, community, and a bit of playful competition can go a long way, both in business and in making a difference.
