Sales Order Processor

As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for some additional support in our Sales Order Processing department. We are looking to recruit on a temporary basis for these positions with the potential opportunity to move across to a permanent basis.
This is a key role for our customers as you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are keyed quickly and accurately in a timely manner.
You will make contact with customers to resolve order queries so you will need a polite, professional and confident telephone manner.
You will be using Ebos and Ethos to processes orders and full training can be given on these systems.
This is a busy and fast paced role which would suit someone who has previous sales order processing or data entry experience.
You must be able to start immediately and happy to commit to a temporary contract on an ongoing basis. We are based in Thornbury and although we are accessible by public transport, it is much easier to reach us if you drive.
We are a really established and fast growing business; Alexandra has been designing and manufacturing garments for over 160 years and we offer a comprehensive workwear solutions for every area of a business.
We work a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday and work a rota covering the hours 9.00am to 6pm. We also have free parking at our offices.
