The Sales Team Administrator position is responsible for managing sales administrative tasks your Sales team within the Alexandra business. The role is focussed on responding to a diverse range of customer sales queries, complaints and quotations over the telephone, by email or other forms of written communication. Duties also include supporting reception for 16 hours a week.

Based in Thornbury you will report into the Customer Support Manager and have accountability to your Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager and your sales team.

As with all our Sales team you will be a brand ambassador and will develop strong working relationships with all areas of the Alexandra business and your customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·Support Sales team with day to day customer account management.

·Resolution of customer order queries

·Help to support a customer focused environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required


  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with complex systems
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Professional approach in presentation, communication and task completion
  • Understanding customer needs
  • Positive trusted relationships
