Spar is turning 60!

Dimensions long term client of over 10 years is celebrating 60 years in the U.K. and we were only too happy to help them celebrate!
Spar came to us with a request for a smaller uniform to fit pint sized Aryan-Danil Patel, son of store Manager Hitesh Patel, to join in their 60 year celebrations.
Customer Service Advisor Pippa Morley took the call from the dedicated Spar phone line and got to work straight away. Liaising with Account Manager Gary Webster, the dynamic duo managed to work out the correct sizing for Aryan-Danil and get to work sourcing a uniform.
Having found the pint sized garments, Gary arranged to have the Spar logo incorporated onto the tiny uniform, working both with the Spar team and the customisation team in our Long Eaton logistics centre to ensure the logo and its’ placement was correct on the item.
Gary then handed the reins back to Pippa who made sure Hitesh received the garments to the correct address. From the first call to Hitesh receiving his parcel with our compliments, this project took a week to complete.
Hitesh was thrilled with the service he received from Dimensions.
