Sales Processing Administrator

Job Description:

Reporting to

Customer Service Team Leader. This role ensures that all orders are keyed quickly and accurately. It is also necessary to sometimes contact Customers to resolve order queries or ask for additional information. It is necessary to use Ebos to processes emblem orders, to use OL to key orders, and to use Customer portals to download orders.

Responsibilities:

• Process all orders (standard and Emblem) in a timely and accurate manner, to the correct account and according to agreed SLA’s

• Use of EBOS

• Order query resolution

• Use of Docuware as part of order keying process

• Any other duties which may be reasonably requested
