We are looking to recruit a permanent Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join our established and dynamic HR, Recruitment and L&D team based in Castle Donington.
We are looking for a committed recruiter who is looking to bring experience, passion and flair to our team to support the entire business with vacant positions at all levels.
We have had an in-house recruitment team for some time but the time is now right to recruit a permanent individual to take overall responsibility for the business’ recruitment strategy and objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Generate a developed recruitment process, to include standardised candidate briefs and templates
Pro-actively generate ideas to unlock more talent options to ensure a consistent pipeline
Develop the overall Company resourcing plan
Co-ordinate the attraction and assessment stages with candidates and internal stakeholders
Build a Company talent pool through networking, Linked-in, alumni, word-of-mouth and maintaining relationships with passive candidates and reduce external spend
Ensure roles are filled within the agreed timescales, using Company-driven resourcing techniques
Manage pre-agreed third party agencies ensuring they are an extension to our brand and provide a unique, partnered relationship
Manage the Company’s current PSL, for tender and review every 3 years
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation, including HRBP’s to in order to manage expectations
Liaise with HRBPs to produce accurate and effective job descriptions
Collaborate and advise on market insight to sourcing strategy
Provide a quarterly return on activities report, providing evidence of a decline in the reliance on recruitment agencies
Log all elements of the recruitment process onto the relevant systems, co-ordinate each stage of the recruitment process ensuring all involved at kept up-to-date with progress and prompted to act at the appropriate stages of the process
Complete pre-onboarding employment checks such as Right to Work documentation in accordance with current UK legislation
You will be an experience recruitment / resourcing co-ordinator and be able to demonstrate your experience of producing results in response to complex role briefs and specific skills requirements.
You will have excellent communication skills and brilliant stakeholder management skills to be able to juggle multiple conflicting requirements.
Knowledge of where and how to appropriately resource directly is essential and good working knowledge of IT systems is equally important. Use of spreadsheets is fundamental to this role as well as using various different in-house and external databases and online tools. You should be a confident social media user and able to utilise these channels as an additional recruitment tool.
You will need excellent planning and co-ordination skills as well as a keen eye for detail and a commercial appreciation for recruitment.
Working as part of the HR team, you will work closely with your colleagues and look to support them and ensure there are good, clear channels of communications. You should be willing to work flexibly and travel in the UK may form a part of this role, therefore a
full driving licence is required.

In additional to a competitive salary, we offer free parking, 25 days holiday, pension as well as a flexible and agile working policy applicable to all employees. We would also be very open to offering a part time contract based on around 30 hours spread over 5 days.
