A Tailor-Made opportunity

We are looking for a PPE Technical Lead to be responsible for product compliance across an extensive and diverse range of PPE and Medical Device products. You will ensure they are compliant to the relevant legislative requirements which will entail conducting extensive supplier, product, and documentation due diligence investigation.

This is a truly exciting time to join our team as we seek to grow and solidify our PPE and Medical Device product offering to our existing and future customer base made up of leading high street retailers, major UK and European corporate organisations as well as our NHS and Public services.

You will be instrumental in ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest quality product we are proud to supply to our customer and their employees.

You will have a sound understanding of both US and the European legislation surrounding PPE and Medical devices and a strong understanding of the major PPE and MDD standards appropriate to our business. You will be enthusiastic to deliver best in class solutions to internal and external stakeholders and have a strong understanding of PPE product certification process.

Through your previous work, you will have an existing network of test houses and notified bodies associated with testing PPE products both in the UK and globally.

As expected with this type of role, some travel will be required to assess, approve, validate, and establish strong relationships with partners and manufacturing facilities overseas.

Ideal Fit

· Experience of factory manufacturing processes associated with the production of PPE and MDD products.

· Extensive knowledge of PPE/MMD legislation and standards.

· Ability to read, interpret and understand product specifications.

· Ability to work proactively using own initiative & communicate at all levels.

· Good time management, with the ability to achieve deadlines.

· Proficient in the use of Excel & PowerPoint.

· Ability to engage stakeholders and deliver clear concise solutions.

· Ability to discuss/communicate technical issues with both suppliers and customers

· Be able to devise test programmes for multiple product projects.
