A Tailor-Made Opportunity

We are looking for a National Accounts Executive to join our team based at our Thornbury office for a new role we are introducing to our team. National Accounts are a key area of focus for Alexandra’s future success and this role within the team is key to driving growth in this sector based team.

Predominately phone and email based, you will work with your portfolio of customers to drive sales, resolve queries and look to build a long term relationships to retain their business for many years to come. This is a solution-style of sale and we are looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive and curious to explore the opportunities within each
account.

Whilst new business development is key, in this role the focus is retention and growth within existing accounts. We are looking for you to grow and nurture our existing larger national accounts to see revenue growth and product line expansion. Networking through these companies will be essential to your success and we are looking for someone who can build instant rapport, credibility and trust through our fantastic products and levels of customer support.

There will be targets to hit in terms of both call outputs and revenue generated but there is a huge focus on customer service too.

We are looking for someone who wants to immerse themselves in our product range and become an expert in our ranges – your passion and belief in our products is key to being able to advice and support your customer.

Ideal Fit

· You are an experienced sales professional who is comfortable building relationships over the phone and by email

· You are passionate, enthusiastic and highly committed to do the very best job you can.

· You are target driven and take huge pride in hitting your targets

· Being local to Thornbury, you will enjoy working in a buzzy office environment (COVID permitting!)

· You will be outgoing, friendly and able to build rapport and relationships easily.
