IT is critical to everything we do and we aim to provide a high quality, responsive service to our internal customers. We are currently going through a digital transformation with the roll out of a new ERP system and are looking for support to cover for the secondment of permanent colleagues to the “Horizon” project.
A Tailor-Made opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Business IT Process and Reporting team based at our Castle Donington office on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will have a pivotal part to play in assisting in the delivery of this transformation project under the guidance of one of our experienced BAs.
This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to develop, or put into practice, essential skills required to further a career in Business Analysis as well as an understanding and firsthand experience of the implementation of a major transformational project.
Your role will include
·Assisting in the analysis of business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches; all the under guidance of experienced BA’s
·Assisting in writing supporting documentation, user guides, training material, use cases etc.
·Actively support the business when undertaking User Acceptance Testing.
·Do you have natural analytical and problem-solving skills?
·Are you looking to build upon and develop your business analysis skill set?
·Do you have good interpersonal and written communication skills?
·Are you logical and organised with the ability to prioritise?
·Naturally customer focused!
