At Alexandra you will be part of Tailored Brands Corporate Workwear Division with our sister brands, Dimensions, Yaffy and Twin Hill.
We are looking for a strong Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our fresh marketing team. They will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategy whilst managing the daily operation of the digital marketing function. This will be done in line with the Marketing/Commercial Plan whilst supporting the business objective to create effect digital solutions for our customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and managing the company digital marketing strategy including email alongside the campaigns team
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites and create goals and benchmarks to meet
Project manage ongoing development of the company’s e-commerce platform
Oversee ongoing development of internal search engine marketing (SEO, PPC, etc) research, implementation and analysis
Oversee the coordination and the production of all email and digital marketing materials and campaigns
Managing external agency relationships, such as website development, affiliate, search etc
Provide direction to the graphics team for all digital marketing collateral and artwork
Maintaining brand integrity across all digital internal and external communication,marketing and advertising
Forecast for future development of the internal digital channel
Deliver to defined KPI’s and targets to enhance company growth, sales, margins, number of new customers, number of existing customers, AOV etc
Produce clear dashboards
Work cross functionally to provide relevant digital solutions across the business
Managing all elements of the digital marketing operations including your direct reports
Support the Head of Marketing with key projects
Work across the marketing team with other managers to drive and customer centric and informative marketing department
Help drive category penetration
You will be a passionate, enthusiastic and experience Ecommerce Manager who takes a customer centric approach and has a background in both B2B
and B2C sales.
It would be ideal if you are a qualified member of CIM or equivalent as well as having 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and advertising. You will have strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice including online customer journeys and emails.
If you have a good grasp of website metrics and best practice, this would be a great addition. It would also be an advantage if you have experience of managing agency relationships.
We are looking for demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO.
