Trading as Dimensions, we work with many of the UK’s largest organisations to design and deliver their uniforms.

We have a Logistics Centre based in Long Eaton and we are looking to recruit 2 x Apprentice Administrators to join us in our Customers Returns department.

We are happy to provide you the experience, support and day release to complete your studies in a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship supported by a local college.

What will you do?

You will learn to process customer returns and we will give you full training and support to be able to feel confident and comfortable to contact our customers to arrange deliveries and resolve queries.

We cannot wait to bring you on board and welcome you to our team; we appreciate you many recently have left school or college and are looking for that first job or you might be looking for a career change from something different. Either way, we are ready to give you the reassurance of being shown what to do and how to do so you can absolutely thrive with us.

We are not looking for previous experience but we are looking to see you are enthusiastic, passionate and keen to start work and succeed.

Through your studies or just life experience, we hope you will be able to show us you have the following skills/abilities:

· A good knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel.

· Possess good communication skills.

· Work calmly under pressure.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Able to work as part of a team.

· Good attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritise.

· Able to work to deadlines.

· Present oneself in a courteous and professional manner.

· Professional telephone manner.

We are totally open to your background and history but our one stipulation is that you must have at least 5 GCSE’s, grades C and above or equivalent. Maths and English is a must.

Whilst gaining your Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship, you will receive valuable work experience that will provide you with the best chance of being offered a full-time role within our business or any organisation requiring administration support.

As an apprentice, you will be given 1 day per week day-release to attend college; we will also provide you with 25 days holiday and a pension. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour per week.
