IT is critical to everything we do and we aim to provide a high quality, responsive service to our internal customers. We are currently going through a digital transformation with the roll out of a new ERP system and are looking to bolster our existing team.

A Tailor-Made opportunity

We are looking for an Application Analyst to join our Infrastructure team based at our Castle Donington office.

You will work collaboratively as part of the IT team to deliver second and third line support for a number of business critical applications. You will work closely with our 3rd party external application suppliers to report problems and deliver fixes / enhancements or advice which ultimately result in an improved service to our internal customers.

You will provide dedicated support and deliver system changes to our enterprise business systems and system integration points using Biztalk and
Logic Apps.

In addition to providing support to our user base of approximately 600 people across multiple sites, you will be part of a team who will be pivotal to delivering a number of projects that will meet the needs of both our internal and external customers.

Ideal Fit

· Computer science degree or equivalent IT qualification at degree level

· Business Analysis skill set (gathering & documenting business requirements)

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Experience of IT testing and User Acceptance Testing

· Working knowledge of OA\OL and OWMS or MS Dynamics 365, Talent or CE

· Excellent XML/XSLT/XSL/XPath, T-SQL, SSIS & SQL Server

· Logical thinker, organised and able to prioritise own workload

· Customer Focussed
