From one person to a team

When Treeca joined Dimensions in 1999, the Quality Control function was managed by a team of one. Working with a small collection of garment seals, many processes were completed manually as the business continued to grow and evolve.

Supporting a growing business

As Dimensions expanded, the Quality Control team grew alongside it. Treeca became Quality Control Manager, helping develop processes, manage increasing product volumes and ensure quality standards were maintained across an ever-growing range of garments.

Quality across the group

As Dimensions continued to grow, so did the scope of Treeca's role. The acquisition of Alexandra to the group brought a significant project to re-seal thousands of garment samples, helping create consistency across ranges while supporting new customers and product collections.

The addition of Yaffy to the group introduced specialist blue light garments, new product categories and new factory partners. Treeca played a key role in embedding the AQL inspection process and building confidence in quality standards across the supply chain.

Today, Treeca oversees more than 10,000 garment seals and supports quality control across the wider Mi Hub Group. With experience spanning multiple industries and product types, she helps ensure every garment meets the standards customers expect before it reaches the wearer.
