Passionate about helping people and solving problems, she enjoys the variety her role brings, whether she's supporting major rollouts, gathering wearer feedback or helping customers find the right solution.

Customer Services Co-Ordinator

Sophie's career at Dimensions began in Customer Services, where she supported customers across calls, emails and web chats. Alongside helping with a major banking rollout, she became a friendly and familiar voice for customers, resolving queries, sharing knowledge and ensuring every interaction was a positive one.

Account Assistant

Since moving into the Account Assistant role, Sophie has become involved in all aspects of account management. From supporting major customer programmes to helping implement new ranges, managing online ordering portals, analysing sales reports and attending customer roadshows, no two days are the same. Working closely with Account Managers, she enjoys building relationships, gathering wearer feedback and finding solutions whenever they're needed.
