Receptionist
Lisa joined Dimensions in 2021 as a Receptionist, helping to support the return to office working. From welcoming customers and suppliers to coordinating parcels, meetings and customer service support, the role gave her a broad understanding of the business and the people behind it

ESG Administrator
In 2023, Lisa moved into the role of ESG Administrator, supporting the creation of Dimensions parent and group leader, Mi Hub's first ESG Report and helping coordinate quarterly reporting activities. She worked closely with customers, auditors and colleagues, researching opportunities to support communities, charities and sustainability goals.

ESG & Risk Co-Ordinator
Now an ESG & Risk Coordinator, Lisa plays a key role in managing ISO standards, audits and risk reviews across the business. Alongside compliance and governance responsibilities, she continues to support social value initiatives, charity partnerships and volunteering programmes that make a positive impact both inside and outside the organisation.
