Dimensions has a growing team of 40 Customer Service Coordinators who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The team manages multi-channel customer contact to resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
Each client account is provided with a dedicated telephone number and email address and all our accounts have allocated Coordinators who have expert knowledge of their assigned customer ranges. This knowledge allows the Coordinator to be able to answer queries quickly due to their familiarity of the products and account service package. Our team includes bi-lingual Coordinators, so we are able to assist and support our international client base.
Our highly skilled Customer Service Coordinators have an average of 5 years service at Dimensions, and their knowledge and experience means that they are able to comprehensively assist with any customer enquiry. Our aim is to exceed our customer’s expectation at every opportunity.
